THE BRAND HERITAGE OF L'ARTISAN PARFUMEUR

Sophie tells the story of L'Artisan Parfumeur, France's first niche perfumery, founded in 1976 by Jean Laporte, a lover of nature and scents. His idea was to create unique, daring fragrances, almost like works of art. This pioneering spirit lives on today in creations such as Abyssae, a fragrance designed by Daphné Bugey that evokes a poetic underwater world inspired by nature. The brand thus retains its strong DNA: craftsmanship, creative freedom, and a French art de vivre exported around the world.

STIRRING EMOTION TO STRENGTHEN ENGAGEMENT

To elicit emotion in customers, Sophie has developed three storytelling methods for salespeople: the “hypnotist” method, which immerses the customer in a sensory story; the ‘storyteller’ method, which is more lively and spontaneous; and the “museum guide” method, which presents the fragrance as a work of art.

THE RETURN OF THE “MAISON” RANGE AND THE AMBER BALL

For the launch of the “Maison” range, and more specifically the return of the famous amber ball, L'Artisan Parfumeur and Emraude collaborated to create a high-impact digital experience combining beauty, emotion, and the transmission of artisanal expertise.

AN IMMERSIVE AND ENGAGING EXPERIENCE

Immersive experience and emotional engagement
The learner explores an illustrated Parisian apartment marked with ten interactive points of interest. Each discovery reveals a manufacturing technique, a design secret, or a fragment of the brand's history, creating a lively and sensory journey.

Measurable impact and learner satisfaction
Available in seven languages, the module has been very well received: a completion rate of 95% and an average rating of 4.82 out of 5 testify to an engaging and memorable experience.

THE ART OF TRAINING WHILE SHARING THE BRAND'S HERITAGE

The training is not only intended to raise awareness of a product, but also to reconnect learners with the brand's heritage, DNA, and values.
User feedback has been very positive, highlighting the originality of the module.

CONCLUSION: TRANSFORMING TRAINING INTO A LIVING BRAND EXPERIENCE

Experiential training paves the way for new immersive formats: open worlds, interactive experiences, dialogue simulations, and multiplayer modules.
By combining innovation, emotion, and loyalty to its artisanal heritage, L’Artisan Parfumeur continues to pursue its vision: transforming each training session into a lively and inspiring brand experience.
