AI agents far more advanced than simple chatbots
Conversational agents represent one of the most powerful and transformative uses of AI in training. Far removed from traditional chatbots, they take the form of characters embedded within simulations, games, or 3D environments. They are designed to embody a specific role and fulfill a clear pedagogical mission, fully aligned with the brand.
Characters that can role-play, guide, and challenge
In sales training, an agent can step into the role of a demanding customer, confronting learners with realistic situations. In onboarding, it becomes a reassuring companion that answers every question. In a management program, it can simulate difficult conversations, test sensitive decisions, or support strategic choices. We train these agents using internal materials: product catalogs, SOPs, brand guidelines, core values, and in-store scripts. As a result, they adopt the brand’s tone, codes, and standards. Branching scenarios are powerful, but they quickly become unmanageable. Every choice creates dozens of offshoots. AI fundamentally changes this logic.
At Emraude, we always design a strong narrative structure. But instead of manually writing every branch, AI generates the necessary variations: coherent dialogues, reactions, consequences, and alternatives. A learner can explore a virtual city, make strategic decisions, solve problems, or handle a customer interaction.
AI analyzes each choice, explains its impact, and redirects the learning journey accordingly. This approach maintains a controlled framework while offering an infinite range of credible experiences, all aligned with the learning objectives.
REAL-TIME ANALYTICS AND INSTANT FEEDBACK
AI also transforms how impact is measured. Instead of waiting for manual reports, training teams receive dashboards updated in real time. Number of participants, completion rates, performance by country, recurring difficulties, everything is automatically consolidated.
AI can even generate clear summaries: weekly participation, average results, drop-off points, and trends by market. For learners, feedback is personalized. AI explains where they excel, where they need to improve, and suggests concrete next steps for practice. Training thus becomes a true dynamic coaching experience.

Emraude’s clients often operate in 20, 30, or even 40 languages. Without AI, this would be an almost impossible challenge. On our platform, each market starts from a master version and adapts it, texts, visuals, references, and local documents.
AI handles translation, voice-over, and consistency. Voices can be recorded locally or generated by AI: male or female, younger or older: everything can be localized. Video dubbing goes even further: a video originally filmed in French can become Japanese, Spanish, or Arabic in just seconds, with lip-syncing and the original tone preserved. A single video becomes a truly global resource.
100% SECURE AI, COMPLIANT WITH BRAND REQUIREMENTS
In luxury, retail, and other sensitive sectors, security is a critical concern. Content is confidential: product launches, strategies, and internal information. That’s why Emraude works exclusively within closed, secure environments. Client content is never used to train public models.
We rely on ISO-compliant infrastructures, dedicated local LLMs, or secure integrations such as Microsoft Copilot. The choice depends on the sensitivity of the project and IT policies, but one rule remains constant: data stays fully under the client’s control.
CONCRETE, HANDS-ON, FIELD-ORIENTED AI WORKSHOPS
We believe that to truly understand AI, you have to work with it. That’s why we run immersive AI workshops with our clients’ training teams. No endless theory, no buzzwords, just productive half-day sessions.
Participants analyze their own documents using AI, generate moodboards, test visuals, transform content… and, most importantly, create their first 3D AI agent based on a real scenario.
