The Challenge
Rabanne sought to reimagine the onboarding of international sales advisors as an engaging, scalable learning experience that combines luxury storytelling with measurable learning impact globally, while preserving the sophistication, emotion, and artistry of its brand heritage.





The Solution
We designed a fully immersive 3D onboarding experience to bring Rabanne’s heritage and luxury products to life for new hires. The experience entices learners with gamification, storytelling, and interactive challenges across iconic Parisian locations, turning training into a time-travel journey through the brand’s history. Mini-games, puzzles, and quizzes create a global, educational, and memorable learning path.
Scenario
Set in the streets of Paris, the player discovers the iconic Rabanne medallion, which transports them on a time-travel adventure through the brand’s history. To return to the present, they must journey across the decades and explore four emblematic locations:
