The Challenge

Carolina Herrera required compact, mobile-first training that takes less than 10 minutes for its beauty advisors to reinforce product knowledge on the three pillar fragrances of Good Girl collection: Good Girl Eau de Parfum (Blue), Good Girl Blush (Pink) and Very Good Girl (Red), while introducing The New Good Girl Jasmin Absolute, launching in 2026 in celebration of the franchise.

The Solution

We designed and developed a 2D interactive learning exprience in Articulate Storyline, set in the streets of New York and inspired by the brand's iconic urban codes. Learners navigate through four showrooms, each dedicated to one scent to explore the collection beyond product features and focus on key ingredients, the brand's core values, and the emotional sensations each fragrance evokes.

Two core mechanics elevate the experience:

  • Scavenger hunt to discover ingredients and composition insights.

  • Mood board creation to reconstruct each fragrance's personality, values, and selling vocabulary.
