The Challenge
Accor needed to overhaul how SOPs were delivered across its global hotel network. Traditional slides and PDFs couldn’t keep pace with the demands of modern hospitality. The goal: create an engaging, consistent training experience that builds operational excellence, boosts efficiency, and reinforces the Heartist® mindset across diverse regions and brands.





The Solution
In close collaboration with global GX teams and over 50 General Managers, we built a 3D training game, coded in Three.js & WebGL, and designed around realistic hotel environments and daily challenges. From Front Office to F&B and Transversal Knowledge, learners engage in role-based missions that mirror real guest interactions. The platform is SCORM-compatible via Docebo LMS, supports mobile and desktop use, and includes tutorials, certifications, and leaderboards. With over 18 languages and solo or classroom play modes, it brings SOP learning to life at scale—while delivering lasting impact across Ibis, Novotel, and Pullman teams.
